Yamageiko (mountain training) - March 25, 2007

Yamageiko is an annual event at Goju Karate Center. This year students, their families and supporters arrived at Hurkey Creek Park in the nearby mountains for a day of training as well as fun and challenging activities. Although tired by the end of the day, all participants reported that they had a great and memorable time.
