Junior Black Belt Test - August 17, 2008

Junior Black Belt Candidates and Instructors
There is a saying in martial arts, "a black belt is a white belt who never gave up." The six candidates who tested on August 17, 2008 were a shining example of this. They have all devoted many years to their martial arts training, some of them beginning as young as 4 years old. In addition, for the 6 months prior to their test they followed an intensive training regimen that included lots of training, assisiting in classes, writing a paper on Okinawan history and culture, acts of service and more.
Congratulations to Junior Black Belts: Daneesha Kenyon, Austin Lynch, Milo McCormac-Hughes, Jake Kressin, Ronnie Jones, Drew Derrickson.
